How it works?

When you have a case that requires conveyancing then Leapfrog allows you to refer the work to us and earn a commission in the process.

Registration can be done in less than two minutes and you will be given a username and ID to log in. You will then be able to produce quotes for your client in seconds.

All of our services have a fixed 'wholesale' price. When you source a quote from the system it will allow you add on your commission and administration fees, up to a maximum of £500 per case.

Once you are happy with your quote you can submit the case online and we will take it from there. Your client will receive a welcome pack and we will guide them through the process from start to finish, keeping you informed along the way.

You can track progress online through the online case tracking system or if you prefer you can telephone the Case Handler. On completion we will TT to your nominated bank account any broker fees and your referral commission.

If it is a remortgage that comes with a 'free legal' service from the lender you can still refer it to us and earn a commission. Simply select the 'cashback' option with the lender instead of the 'free legal' and we will collect the cashback (normally around £250) from the lender to cover our fees, and you will receive the excess.
